Candidates should have atleast 18 years of age to apply for this post. 

Threre is no maximum age limit.

How to apply:

Step 1: Interested applicants, along with their biodata, have been asked to submit a separate application in the name of District Ayush Officers, Municipal High School Road Haveri in a white sheet and they should submit two seperate applications if they wants to apply for both posts.

Step 2: Along with application they should enclose all the required documents like educational certificate ( SSLC and PUC) and TC. 

Step 3: Applications to be received by 30-05-2020, within 5-00 pm. If the application is sent after the said date then the subsequent applications will be rejected. It is suggested to attend a live interview at the District Panchayat Haveri Auditorium on 05-06-2020 at 11am.
