Applications for the post of Library Supervisor in Shimoga District:

Applications have been invited from qualified candidates for appointment to the vacant post of supervisors in the libraries of various taluk gram panchayats in Shimoga district on a monthly salary of Rs.7000/-

Theerthahalli Taluk Nerattur (3B Disabled) and Hegodu (3A), Shikaripura Taluk Kaginele (MPA), Chikkambur (MP), Harogoppa (MP), Sagar Taluk Tumri (MP), Soraba Taluk 2A) and Hosanagar Taluk Purappamane (2A) are vacant in the Gram Panchayat Libraries.

Candidates applying for the post of Library Supervisors are the respective residents of the respective Grama Niladhari Divisions and must have passed the minimum SSSCLC and belong to the reservation allotted to the respective panchayats.

The Deputy Director of the District Central Library has stated that the prescribed specimen applications should be received by the respective Panchayat Office and attach the filled form with the required documentation by April 17.
