1.Manage a team of FOS on daily basis to meet or exceed business goals.
2.Assist and Support FOS with activity management and review their performance on a weekly basis.
3.Communicate deadlines and goals to team members.
4.Resolve all customer issues and ensure to provide outstanding customer services.
5.Conduct performance evaluation of FOS teams and provide feedback for improvement.
6.Build strong working relationships and maintain effective communications with team members.
7.Identify business challenges and suggest appropriate action plans.
8.Build positive working and learning environment for team members.
9.Assist in field recruitment, promotion, retention and termination activities of the FOS.
10.Ensure that teams follow company policies and procedures at all times.
